Moonstrucks only public beach. By local bylaw, all gadgets and weapons must be tested here. This place also has a squat for Moonstrucks large population of homeless mutants. It is the upper floor of the giant sandcastle built at the turn of the century, when Moonstruck was an amusement park. Testing weapons on mutants isn't spoken of publicly, but the fact that it occurs here is well known.
