After wandering around Texas and Oklahoma extensively, he fell asleep on the wrong boat in Galveston and wound up in Moonstruck. He is ignorant and can't even read, so he hasn't the faintest clue where he is. All he knows is people treat him bad because of his eye, and nobody can be trusted. He is curious yet paranoid-he'll ask questions and talk to anyone, but if they start asking them back he gets suspicious. He is deeply vulnerable, being a homeless foreigner in a hostile town. He'll never admit to any weakness though. He chain smokes, and does a number of things adults find disturbing. As a result, he's had no luck in most orphanages he's been sent to. Usually he runs back to the streets after a week.

AGE: Between 11 and 13, he is uncertain of his age.

GENDER: Male.

MUTANT OR NONMUTANT: Mutant, however he hides it very well. His mutation only became apparent after getting punched in the eye by a bad cop. Instead of healing normal, it turned white. For several weeks he thought he was blind it in it. One night he started seeing strange colourful blurs around people, as well as radiation coming from various locations. He'll never admit anything is unusual around him, however. He hides the bad eye under a patch. When people ask him about it, he usually tries to deflect attention away.

LIKES: Being outside(due to claustrophobia), cartoons, war toys, spy gadgets, people that aren't bigoted against mutants, other homeless people, various addictive substances

DISLIkES: cops, girly things, being in closed spaces, anti-mutant sentiment, hangovers, when other kids won't play with him because of his eye

GOOD QUALITIES: He can talk to anyone, can survive in tough situations, and is very mature for his age. If a younger child becomes homeless he'll look out for them

BAD QUALITIES: He has an addictive personality, is shy of forming close relationships with grownups, can be paranoid, and weasels out of tough questions using his southern charm

STRENGTHS: Survival skills, possibly second sight if he figures out what his eye sees

WEAKNESSES: Any addictive substance, he'll panic if he's in a closed space, general childish things like impatience and being easily frightened.

APPEARANCE/PICTURE: He is short for his age and has red hair.

The result of extensive experimentation, this young woman doesn't have a lot of human left in her and doesn't know who she is. She knows that she didn't belong to the scientist who did this to her though. One night there was an explosion in his lab and she escaped. She has been on the run ever since. She doesn't understand this world or know most of the social expectations so keeps to herself, very clueless and afraid of what the world has to offer and how different it all is compared to her sketchy and far away memories.

LIKES: Sunlight and sunflowers and people who don't mind explaining things to her.
DISLIKES: People who are rude or impatient with her, The cold, and unfairness. Hates when attention is drawn to her robo parts but tries not to let it show.
GOOD QUALITIES: She tries her best to adapt and go with the flow
BAD QUALITIES: She is clueless and has very little knowledge about the world, maybe goes along with people a little too easily
STRENGTHS: She is faster and stronger than the average human, thanks to her robotic parts and has more stamina because of a replaced heart. She has hyper hearing and her sight can be zoomed and put into night vision in her replaced eye. She's handy and fixing mechanical things because of all the practice she's had and she has done extensive research in bipolgy, not having much else better to do.
WEAKNESSES: All of these things are glitchy. Her legs can snag and freeze up and her arm is prone to breaking since it's her newest adaptation. Her ears will sometimes screech and she can get killer headaches. She can't handle solid food after living processed for so long.
APPEARANCE/PICTURE:

She wears long pants, coat, a glove, and a scarf to try and cover her mechanical parts but can't do much about the small squeaks and clangs they make when she moves.
